THERAPEUTIC, eXPLORATIVE MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
I’ve been teaching yoga internationally since 2016, with over 350 hours of certified training and a foundation in self-inquiry and embodied practice.
My approach is creative, intuitive, and therapeutic, drawing on somatic movement, trauma-informed principles, and the natural intelligence of the body. Through movement and breath, I support students in returning to a felt sense of safety, presence, and connection—to themselves, to the earth, and to the rhythms within.
This is not about achieving poses—it's about building a relationship with your body. My classes aim to support nervous system regulation, spaciousness, and the kind of inner listening that opens the door to freedom, flow, and expression.
Each session is a quiet invitation to come home to yourself—one breath, one movement at a time.
I offer a space where movement becomes a gateway inward—a practice of melting through barriers, softening resistance, and reconnecting to the body’s deeper wisdom.
Class styles vary: some are slow and spacious, others more dynamic and infused with soulful strength. All are grounded in mindful breath, deep core connection, and attunement to bodily sensation.
Every class is a safe and grounded container—a place for exploration, not performance. I honour that all bodies have their own stories and rhythms, and I’ll never push you beyond what your body is ready for.
You are invited to listen, feel, move, rest. My hope is that you leave each class more embodied, more aware, and more connected to your true self.
My yoga journey began almost 10 years ago, while I was studying and working in Textile & Interior Design in London. Yoga first arrived as a much-needed pause—an escape from the constant "go" of city life and a way to begin healing after a hockey injury. Through yoga and meditation, I discovered a space to reconnect with myself. The studios I practised in became havens of stillness, and over time I noticed a quiet but powerful shift in how I approached both body and life.
That was the beginning of a lifelong path into a more intuitive and holistic way of being—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Since then, I’ve taught yoga across the UK and internationally, completing multiple trainings that continue to shape and evolve my practice.
In 2016, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa. In 2017, I became attuned in Reiki Level I & II, and in 2018, I undertook a 100-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Training, which deeply shaped how I hold space with sensitivity and care. My learning is ongoing, with countless immersions and workshops that continue to fine-tune my practice.
I have also undertaken in-depth study with Samavesa Yoga School, diving into non-dual Tantric philosophy—a path that emphasises the sacred in everyday life and the body as a gateway to awareness. Most recently, in April 2025, I trained in Prenatal Yoga with Embodied Beings, an embodied and ancestral approach that views pregnancy as a rite of passage, while honouring the functional intelligence of the pregnant body.
All of this informs the way I teach today: a deeply embodied, intuitive, and inclusive approach that honours the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I believe that movement is our birthright—a powerful form of medicine that reconnects us to our vitality, creativity, and inner knowing. Deepening our relationship with the body is not only healing, but essential; it offers us a way to come home to ourselves, moment by moment, breath by breath.

Prenatal Yoga
I am prenatally trained with Embodied Beings, which encompasses an embodied approach to pregnancy that honours both the ancestral wisdom of childbirth and the functional intelligence of the pregnant body. This work views pregnancy as a rite of passage, supporting each person to move through this transition with awareness, grounding, and connection to self.
My sessions offer space to listen deeply to the body, explore movement that supports comfort and strength, and honour the inner shifts of this profound time.
